Futuristic B1K Concept Bike | Feb 15, 2010 |
Peugeot Bicycles presents the B1K – a concept bike. The bike has many distinctive features, such as the carbon fiber construction and chainless drivetrain that visually leaves an empty space in the rear wheel. The bicycle does not have a conventional frame structure and rear hub. The front and rear section of the bike are kept together by means of the upper arc-shaped component and a tension rod. The rod runs from the steering column to the seat.

A set of official images has been recently unveiled by Peugeot. The images show a design study of a futuristic racing bicycle and an undefined material wrapped around the wheels. No official details are available at the moment.
